Terms and Conditions for LockBox Ent Corporate Photography and Videography!


1. Services ProvidedLockBox Ent Photography and Videography specializes in professional corporate photography and videography services, including executive headshots, corporate event photography, promotional videos, company branding content, and interviews. Specific details of each service, including scope, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate service agreement or booking confirmation provided to you.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To secure a corporate photography or videography session, you must complete a booking request through our website (www.lockboxent.net) (www.lockboxent.net) or by contacting us at support@lockboxent.net. A deposit of 50% of the total price is required two weeks before the event or session to confirm your booking, as specified in the service agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are accepted via secure payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), Zelle, check, or cash. The deposit (50% of the total price) is due two weeks prior to the event or session, and the remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 3 (Cancellation and Rescheduling).
  • Pricing: Pricing for corporate services is provided at the time of booking and is subject to change. Additional services (e.g., expedited editing, additional video cuts, or extended coverage) will incur additional fees as agreed upon in the service agreement.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked corporate session, please notify us at support@lockboxent.net as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, subject to the terms of the service agreement. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit for future corporate services at our discretion.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session by contacting us at support@lockboxent.net, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Cancellation by LockBox Ent: In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost.

4. Deliverables and Ownership

  • Deliverables: Final photos, videos, or other deliverables (e.g., edited headshots, corporate event recaps, or promotional videos) will be provided in the format and timeframe specified in the service agreement. Digital files will typically be delivered via a secure online gallery or cloud storage platform tailored for corporate use.
  • Usage Rights: LockBox Ent Photography and Videography retains copyright to all images and videos produced. Corporate clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for internal and external business purposes (e.g., websites, marketing materials, social media), as specified in the service agreement. Any additional usage (e.g., third-party licensing) requires a separate agreement.
  • Promotional Use: By engaging our services, you grant LockBox Ent Photography and Videography permission to use images or videos from your corporate session for our promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, or marketing materials), unless you explicitly opt out in writing at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring all necessary preparations are in place for the session, such as securing location permissions, coordinating employee participation, or providing branding guidelines. Any delays or issues caused by lack of preparation may impact the quality or duration of the session.
  • Conduct: You agree to ensure that all participants conduct themselves professionally during sessions. LockBox Ent reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if the client’s or participants’ behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockBox Ent Photography and Videography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your engagement of our corporate services or use of our website, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or dissatisfaction with deliverables. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

7. Force Majeure

  • LockBox Ent Photography and Videography is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the session or provide a refund, as appropriate.

8. Data Protection

  • Your personal and corporate information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.lockboxent.net/privacy-policy. We collect and use your data solely to provide our corporate services, communicate with you, and improve our offerings.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas, subject to your rights under applicable laws.10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
